About guild quests, guild chat and guild activity
I don’t want to interfear in any way with your city development, i will however help if you ask me to, therefore I need only this rules:

No guild chat is requird (Because the game has all the facility for trading, chatting and social activites, on global scale, in the spirit of free will, there will no rules for members to restrict game activities betwen the guild).
