If you find yourself in the middle of your island wondering what to do next, here are some suggestions:
Level up. The benefit of leveling up consist in lots of gems, resources and unlocking new buildings and facilities.
Use gems only, and only to buy new building licenses. (Of course if you pay for gems you can use them for ever you want)
To level up you need a strong economy set on military units production:



• Bronze swords

• Brew

• Settlers (that’s mean bread which you process in provision house)
   

It’s not a bad idea starting whit small affairs like buying cheap pine wood planks or stone and transform them into hardwood planks, marble or tools in the provision house, then sell it for some profit. You also can make buffs… So upgrade your provision house at least at level 3 and make lots of

• Sausage

• Bread  (again)

• (fish are cheap)

Don’t let buildings to sleep and don’t accumulate unused building licenses

Inside your guild is not a bad idea to find a buffing partner. Look for someone who is mostly of the time on-line when you are and try to swap buffs periodically
If you run out of your building licenses you can start buy on the Trade Office “noble deeds”, currently around 4000~5000 gold coin and replace the builded “noble residence” whit them. The noble residence builded from the start menu don’t cost building licenses like the builded ones …

The next step in your city development can be the buildings leveling up. Until level 3 most of the buildings need only hard wood planks and marble. Build a strong production of :

• Hard wood planks

• Marble

• Tools

You can buy some extra geologist to help you find lots of marble deposits
Now you can start leveling up your buildings and start extract iron and gold ore. When you reach this stage you don’t need any more my suggestions. So … good gaming
